We can provide GNTV Media Ministry’s custom audio-visual room support packages. These are often known as the “GRAY BOX” a perfect solution for workshops and breakout sessions in any facility. The “GRAY BOX” is the foundation of our breakout support. When combined with our top notch technical support staff the “GRAY BOX” is an almost perfect solution.
The GNTV "Gray Box" has grown in popularity over the last few yearsdue to its compact portable design. GNTV supports many conferences each year that rely heavily on the "Gray Box" and the GNTV Crew to make their breakout sessions a success.

GNTV's breakout package or "Gray Box" includes the following contents:
  • Eiki Notebook Projectors
  • DVD Player
  • CD/Cassette Player
  • Eight Channel Audio mixer
  • Shure Microphone
  • CD Recorder
  • JBL Powered Speaker
  • 80 or 100 inch self supporting screen

For medium breakouts, the “Gray Box” provides the brains, with some important additions, and will meet the needs for up to 150 people.

  • The “Gray Box” package plus the following additions/substitutions:
    • 100" DaLite Projection Screen
    • Aditional Speaker, cabling, support equipment
    • Two more microphones and stands if needed

For large breakouts, the “Gray Box” provides the brains, with some important additions, and will meet the needs for up to 300 people.

  • The “Gray Box” package plus the following additions/substitutions:
    • Additional Video Projector 2,000+ Lumen
    • Two 100" Dalite Projection Screens
    • Two Additional Large Speakers, Cabling, Support Equipment, Tall Speaker Stands
    • Two More Microphones and Stands if Needed

Additional Support: Each Breakout can also be supported with the following items if GNTV is made aware of these needs in advance.

  • These packages can be customized for the needs of a particular session. We can add such items as:
    • Overhead Projectors
    • 35mm Slide Projector
    • Laptop Computers
    • Laser printers
    • Flip Charts/White Boards (less newsprint) with Erasable Markers
  • Every room will be supported by GNTV's Breakout Room Technicians. We provide support and assistance as presenters are getting ready. The number of support persons will be based upon the final needs of the event.
